The exact scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables for a project are defined in the applicable quotation or agreement.

Projects are delivered according to the agreed scope.

Additional features, revisions, integrations or requirements outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.

Payment terms are defined in the applicable quotation or agreement.

Project work may begin after the agreed advance payment and required project information or materials are received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, information, access, approvals and feedback required for the project.

Client-side delays may affect the agreed timeline.

Hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, premium software, AI tools, stock assets and other third-party services are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

Ownership of the agreed final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, libraries and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licences.

Any post-launch support or maintenance included in a project will be provided according to the applicable quotation.

New features, enhancements or work outside the agreed support scope may be charged separately.

enCodino is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, client-provided materials, external platforms or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
